Quality
Quality literally means Quality. To qualify, that is, to make sense of. In other words, it is the ability of a product or a service to meet the wants-needs of the other party within the most appropriate frameworks.
Choosing the most appropriate one to meet this request is the meaning and quality that is added to that service or product. At this point, the word quality comes out of just a word and turns into a long process. Quality is a systematic study and a phenomenon that has been thought about for many years and has been studied extensively. So that; This five-stage cycle begins with a Strategic Planning at the very beginning. This planning examines the requests and/or needs of the other party and prepares the necessary plan to meet them in the most appropriate terms. Next, she focuses on Customer Focus, reviews her plans and decides which one is best for her client. A business without customer satisfaction will never survive. The third issue is Continuous Improvement. The customer's needs have been met, but technology and developments are still ongoing, and if these conditions do not comply, the probability of negative developments is very high. Fourth, the principle of Total Participation should be adopted. The entire team should be united enough to focus on a single goal for that application. And at the last stage, of course, Management and Leadership issues come up again.
Management Engagement, Leadership and Quality
Management is the most basic element of a system. Those who set up or implement that system are probably also people who are qualified to manage that situation or system. And they also have leaders who are managers. The leaders, who are indispensable for every system, show the positive aspects of this system by experiencing and applying the systems themselves and show that the system is beneficial by experiencing it themselves. After this point, the applied area is under control. A team that thinks like the customer and its leader staff will surely catch the quality and set it as the standard. This leader should also focus on the continuous improvement phase again for sustainability. Units that can provide this will easily meet the requirements of the age, customer satisfaction and will have standardized the quality for themselves.
